- We have the land

17 acres of wooded land about 5 miles from downtown Port Townsend, WA.
- The property currently has two houses and a large straw-bale garage
building that will be converted into the Common House.
- We plan to build six more houses (depending on
County permits) which will give us a community of eight households.
- Preliminary budgeting indicates we should be able to keep home costs to average new home prices in this area.
- We have formed a development LLC, and have completed the design process.
